Refund Policy
Thank you for enrolling with our institute. Please read the following Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Course Fee Refund
All course fees paid to the institute are non-refundable.
Once admission is confirmed and classes have commenced, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Admission Cancellation
If a student decides to cancel admission after registration, the paid amount will not be refunded.
Registration fees, booking amounts, or advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
3. Discontinuation of Course
If a student discontinues the course midway due to personal, medical, academic, or any other reason, no refund will be applicable.
The institute is not liable to refund fees for unattended classes or unused services.
4. Non-Selection / Examination Outcome
The institute does not guarantee selection in NDA, SSB, or any defence examination.
No refund shall be provided in case of:
Failure to clear written exams
Failure in SSB interview
Medical rejection
Non-performance by the candidate
5. Course Transfers
Fees paid for one course cannot be transferred to another course or student.
Requests for batch changes or course upgrades are subject to institute approval and do not qualify for refunds.
6. Institute-Initiated Cancellation
In the rare event that a course is cancelled by the institute due to unavoidable circumstances, the refundable amount (if any) will be decided solely by the institute management.
7. Payment Disputes
Any disputes related to payments must be raised in writing within 7 days of payment.
Claims made after this period will not be considered.
8. Policy Acceptance
By enrolling in any course or making a payment, the student and/or guardian acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in full.
9. Policy Updates
The institute reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Updated policies will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
