ADMISSION PROCEDURE – BRIGADIER DEFENCE ACADEMY
Note: Candidates are strictly advised not to bring any costly items or original certificates (except ID proof) during the admission process. Brigadier Defence Academy will not be responsible for any loss or misplacement of personal belongings.
Registration Process
(a) Offline Registration
Download and print the application form from the academy’s official website.
Fill in all the required details carefully and send the completed form to the academy along with the following documents:
Photocopies of all educational qualification certificates
Domicile/Caste certificate (if available)
Two (02) recent passport-size colour photographs
Valid ID Proof (Aadhar Card / Driving License / Voter ID / School ID or any other government ID)
Registration fee of ₹1,000/- through Demand Draft or Cash (in case of submission by hand)
Demand Draft Details:
Make the DD in favour of “Brigadier Defence Academy”, payable at Dehradun.Send the filled application form, required documents, and registration fee by Registered Post / Courier / Speed Post or submit it personally at the following address:
[14/12 Rajeev Gandhi Marg, 5 E.C. Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001]
Note: Applications received without the registration fee will not be accepted.
(b) Online Registration
Candidates can also register online by filling out the application form and submitting the necessary details digitally through the official website of Brigadier Defence Academy. » Brigadier Registration-Form
Admission Process
After successful registration, candidates reporting for admission must bring the following documents and items for verification and joining:
Photocopies of educational certificates (10th & 12th)
(12th appearing students may submit a copy of their examination hall ticket)Domicile certificate (मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र) – if available
Caste certificate (जाति प्रमाण पत्र) – if available
15 recent passport-size colour photographs (with tie)
One formal dress with tie (for interviews and educational visits)
One tracksuit/PT dress for physical training
A good quality sports shoe for physical activities
Any valid ID proof
Medical fitness certificate (issued within the last 6 months)
Full coaching fee as per the selected course (Installment facility not available)
For Hostel Facility:
If you opt for hostel accommodation, carry the following additional items:
Two bedsheets, one lock, and bedding as per the weather conditions.
