ADMISSION PROCEDURE at BDA

Note: – Please don’t bring any costly items & original certificates (except id proof). Brigadier Defence Academy will not be responsible for any loss or misplacement.

Registration Process

(a) Offline Registration:

Take out the print of the application form from here and filled the information which is required in the application form and send the same to our academy along with the following items.

1. Photocopy of your all educational qualification certificates.
2. Domicile /Caste certificate- If available.
3. 02 latest passport size color photos.
4. ID Proof (Aadhar Card / Driving License/Voter ID/School I Card or any other Id proof)
5. Rs. 1,000/- DD or Cash (In the case of by hand only) for the registration fee. If you want to send a demand draft, make it in favor of “Brigadier Defence Academy”, payable at Dehradun.

Filled application form along with the required documents and registration fee should send by Registry/ Courier/ Speed Post or by hand at the following address:-

Admission Process

After completion of registration, when you come for the coaching at BDA, the following items have to be noticed at the time of final admission at best Defence Academy.

• Photocopies of all educational certificates 10th & 12th (12th Appearing students can bring a photocopy of their 12th examination hall ticket )
• Domicile (मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र) – if available
• Caste certificate (जाति प्रमाण पत्र)- if available
• 15 Passport size color photos in a tie.
• One pair of formal dresses with Tie (for Interview/Educational trips)
• Tracksuit/PT dress for Physical training
• One good quality sports shoe for Physical training
• Some ID Proof
• Medical fitness certificate (Not older than 06 Months)
• Full coaching fee as per your course ( we don’t have installments facility)
• If Hostel facility required – Item as per instructions given to you like two-bed sheets, one lock, bedding as per the weather.
