Indian Army NCC Special Entry Recruitment 2026 Vacancy Details
According to the official notification, the Indian Army has announced 70 vacancies under the NCC Special Entry Scheme 125th Course. Out of these, 63 vacancies are available for General NCC candidates possessing a valid NCC ‘C’ Certificate, while 7 vacancies are reserved for Wards of Battle Casualties of Indian Army Personnel.
This recruitment provides an excellent opportunity for NCC cadets who wish to join the Indian Army as commissioned officers without appearing for the Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination. Selection will be based on shortlisting, SSB Interview, medical examination, and merit.

Eligibility Criteria

After commissioning as Lieutenant, officers will receive salary under Level-10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix along with Military Service Pay and other admissible allowances.
